1. Order Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Sri Lanka.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following delivery options within Sri Lanka:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, traffic issues, or public holidays.
We use reputable third-party courier services (PROMPTX, PICKME,UBER for our deliveries.
3. Delivery Locations
We deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka. However, delivery to certain remote or high-risk areas may be subject to additional charges or longer delivery times. We will notify you if this is the case.
4. Delivery Process
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].
You or an authorized person must be available at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the package.
If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will attempt delivery at a later time. After a certain number of failed delivery attempts (e.g., 2-3 attempts), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
5. Damaged Goods
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with, Contact our customer service immediately.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
