1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Sri Lanka.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer the following delivery options within Sri Lanka:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, traffic issues, or public holidays.

  • We use reputable third-party courier services (PROMPTX, PICKME,UBER for our deliveries.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka. However, delivery to certain remote or high-risk areas may be subject to additional charges or longer delivery times. We will notify you if this is the case.

4. Delivery Process

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].

  • You or an authorized person must be available at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the package.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will attempt delivery at a later time. After a certain number of failed delivery attempts (e.g., 2-3 attempts), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

5. Damaged Goods
